2019 Palouse Pitch

The 2019 Palouse Pitch was held at Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre (http://www.kenworthy.org/) in Moscow, ID and bountifully catered by Bloom restaurant (https://www.bloommoscow.com/). Wayne Krause, Master of Ceremonies, directed entrepreneurs to change partners every 5 minutes until everyone had the chance to Pitch and Be Pitched.

After the conclusion of the Palouse Pitch, entrepreneurs assembled in the auditorium for the EOTP Awards presentation.

2019 EOTP Rising Star Award

Lumberyard Food Hall (http://lumberyardfoodhall.com) received the Entrepreneur Of The Palouse (EOTP) Rising Star Award, for companies in their first year of operation. It’s one-of-a-kind dining experience in Pullman, offers multiple food and beverage venues, two full bars, a gaming area, patio seating, and kids’ corner complete with an outdoor play area, in a meticulously repurposed 1950s Quonset hut. A labor of love for WSU alum Greg Petry, the project took over three years, employs 50+, seats 400 and hosts multiple events during the year.

2019 EOTP Business Award

Colter’s Creek Winery (https://colterscreek.com/) received the EOTP Business Award for entrepreneurs in operation 5 years or more. In 2018 they opened the Moscow Tasting Room in the impeccably renovated Hattabaugh Building. Dedicated supporters of the Art Walk and Downtown Block Party, their estate winery, boost the region’s economy, provides exceptional value-added agriculture products and is helping reinvigorate wineries in the Lewis Clark Valley devastated during the Prohibition era.
