Business Showcase Roster Announced
Palouse Knowledge Corridor (PKC) celebrates Global Entrepreneur Week (GEW) with a Palouse Business Showcase on Tuesday, November 14, 2pm-5pm at Fairfield Inn & Suites (1000 W. Pullman Rd) in Moscow.
Annually for the last decade, one week each November is set aside for thousands of events and competitions in 160 countries dedicated to inspiring millions to explore entrepreneurial activities and connections with potential collaborators, mentors, and even investors. Powered by the Kauffman Foundation, the initiative is supported by dozens of world leaders and a network of more than 15,000 partner organizations. In the Palouse this year, GEW begins on November 14th and continues through November 17th.
Pavlo Rudenko, Ph.D., (CTO) and founder of TriboTEX, a Colfax based company, will speak on recent highlights of the company which includes; recent innovation awards, grants awarded from the (NSF) National Science Foundation, and where the company is headed. Rudenko’s product is available for gas/diesel engines and greatly benefits higher mileage vehicles and was recently approved by Amazon.
Main St. Squeeze Juice And Smoothie Bar
Owner Destiny Sternod, Main St. Squeeze Juice and Smoothie Bar located downtown in Pullman, WA will recap the recent launch of Main St. Squeeze. In September of 2017 Destiny opened a unique business new to the Palouse offering beverages and food that is made from local produce and introducing new items to the menu monthly.
The Naughty Dog Coffee Shop
Andrea Tubens, owner of the newest stop for dog owners who love coffee in downtown Pullman, The Naughty Dog Coffee Shop recently opened in November of 2017. Employee Steven Mislosky, will represent the business during the Fall Showcase. Steven has devoted many hours or labor to help prepare the brick and mortar location for opening and is fully employed there as well.
