BTE Bootcamp™ - Palouse Pitch

Gather with business leaders, community members, and BTE Bootcamp campers and staff at this year’s Palouse Pitch event. Attendees will have the chance to swap business pitches and network with some of the Palouse’s best and brightest.

Held at the University of Idaho’s Integrated Research and Innovation Center, the doors open at 6:30 pm and the event kicks off at 7:00. Upon arrival guests will have the chance to enjoy socializing with other attendees, grab a free drink, and snack on some delicious hors d-oeurves. After a short time, the festivities will begin.

Campers and community members alike will have the chance to speed-pitch their businesses and receive. The event is designed to encourage attendees to give their pitch as many times as possible in a short period of time to encourage precise, efficient phrasing and a more powerful delivery and to help others refine their strategies at the same time.

BTE Bootcamp™ - EOTP Awards

After the speed-pitches guests will gather for the Entrepreneur of the Palouse Awards. Winners of the award fall into three categories: Non-profit, Rising Star, and Business. Along with the awards, a short video will be shown to learn more about each business and why they won, as well as a brief speech by the winner.

After the Awards Ceremony, all guests will be welcome to return to socializing and take tours of the innovative IRIC space. The event will conclude at 9:00 pm.
